Organizing 101: Organizing for Change is a series of four introductory workshops coordinated by social work students and supported by guest speakers that are designed to help you understand change and practice skills needed to make change  – at school, at work, or in your community.

Presented in collaboration with the American Civil Liberties Union Student Alliance, BSW & MSW students, the Havens Wright Center, the Social Work Student Union & Students for Social Welfare at UW-Madison as part of Labor Spring 2026, a broad range of events anchored on college campuses and in the community organized to bolster workplace justice, racial equity, and the public good by the Kalmanovitz Initiative for Labor and the Working Poor at Georgetown University.
