Evan Behrle is a PhD candidate in philosophy at New York University. His work focuses on egalitarianism, economic desert, and exploitation. Before NYU, he was special adviser for opioid policy / acting director of opioid overdose prevention at the Baltimore City Health Department. 2024 Winner: Desert and Economic Interdependence
